Whether you’re launching a brand-new site or modernizing one that’s fallen behind, you fill out one intake form, we design a homepage tailored to your business, and we walk you through it in a live review session — no discovery calls, no meetings, no cost. If you love the direction, we send a detailed quote for the full build or redesign. If not, you walk away with zero obligation. There’s no catch. The Anchored Blueprint is a free custom homepage design because we’d rather show you our work than talk about it. Traditional web agencies spend weeks in discovery meetings and proposals before you see a single pixel. We flip that model — you fill out one intake form, and 72 hours later we walk you through a professional homepage mockup designed specifically for your business — whether it’s replacing an outdated site or launching a new one. If you love the direction, we’ll send a detailed quote for the full build. If it’s not the right fit, we part as friends. No contracts, no obligations, no pressure.
What if I don't like the design?
If the Blueprint isn’t the right direction, you’re under no obligation to move forward. We present the design in a live review session where you see it on screen with us, share your thoughts in real time, and decide whether it’s a foundation worth building on. Most clients want refinements rather than a full rejection — color tweaks, layout adjustments, content changes. Any feedback from the review becomes the starting point for the build phase if you decide to proceed.
Do I own the Blueprint mockup?

The Blueprint mockup is presented during a live review session over Google Meet, where we walk through the design together using a visual feedback app that captures your comments directly on the design. The mockup itself stays within our design environment — it isn’t delivered as a file to take away, since the Blueprint is designed to be the starting point of a build, not a standalone deliverable. If you decide to move forward, the design becomes the foundation of your new site or redesign. The visual feedback app also becomes your tool for reviewing and commenting on the rest of the site during development.

What happens after the 72 hours?

Once the Blueprint is ready, we schedule a live review session over Google Meet to walk through the design together. During the call, we load the mockup into a visual feedback app, share the screen, and capture your feedback directly on the design as we discuss it. From there, you have three paths: approve the direction and receive a full project quote, request adjustments before deciding, or decide it’s not the right fit. If you approve the quote and pay the 50% deposit, we refine the homepage based on your feedback, build it out, then design and build the remaining pages using the approved homepage as the visual foundation. For redesigns, we handle content migration, URL structure preservation for SEO, and integration of any existing functionality you want to keep. You’ll get a link to the development site loaded into the visual feedback app so you can click through each page and leave comments exactly where you want changes.

Projects & Pricing

How much does a full website build or redesign cost?
Website build costs vary based on scope, functionality, and integrations. Single-page landing sites start at $2,500 CAD. Multi-page websites typically start around $3,500 CAD and scale up based on scope. Custom functionality — member portals, booking systems, e-commerce, CRM integrations — moves the investment up, with most full builds falling between $3,500 and $15,000. After your Blueprint review, we send a detailed quote based on what you actually need, not a generic package. Projects start once the quote is approved and a 50% deposit is received. Ongoing hosting and maintenance is billed separately on a monthly basis, which we’ll outline alongside the build quote. Hosting with us is optional but highly recommended.
How long does the full project take?
After the Blueprint is approved and the 50% deposit is received, most projects take 3 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. A simple 5-8 page brochure site lands at the faster end. Redesigns with content migration, URL mapping, or e-commerce/membership integrations take longer. Projects with heavy custom functionality — member portals, booking systems, CRM integrations — take longer still. We give you a specific timeline in your quote, not a generic range.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Each page includes two rounds of revisions. During the Blueprint review, we capture your feedback directly on the homepage mockup in a visual feedback app — that counts as your first round. Once the project is underway, you’ll get access to the development site through the same visual feedback app, where you can click through each page and leave comments exactly where you want changes. We apply your feedback, then you get a second review to catch anything that needs fine-tuning. Two rounds is enough to get every page right when feedback is specific and consolidated. If additional revisions are needed beyond the included rounds, we handle them at our standard hourly rate, which is outlined in your project quote.
Can you redesign my existing site without losing my search rankings?
Yes — and it’s one of the most important things to get right on a redesign. We preserve your existing URL structure wherever possible, set up proper 301 redirects for any URLs that do change, migrate your content carefully, and keep your existing SEO foundations intact through the transition. We also validate that Google Search Console, analytics, and any third-party integrations carry over cleanly. A redesign should move your site forward, not reset the authority you’ve already built.

Does Anchored Media provide hosting services?

Yes. We offer Managed Hosting starting at $49.99/month (+HST), with plans scaling up based on site complexity, traffic, and custom requirements. Every plan is built specifically for the sites we design — it’s not just server space, it’s a full site-care service that includes:

Why is professional website maintenance necessary?
A website is a living asset. Plugins, themes, and WordPress core release updates constantly — and when those updates conflict, sites break. Security vulnerabilities also get patched regularly, and unpatched sites become targets. Professional maintenance means someone is testing updates before they go live, rolling back anything that breaks, monitoring for vulnerabilities, and backing up your site off-site in case something goes wrong. Our Managed Hosting service includes all of this as part of the monthly fee.
How does website speed affect my SEO?
Site speed is a confirmed Google ranking factor and one of the Core Web Vitals. Slow sites rank lower in search results and lose visitors — most users abandon a page that takes more than three seconds to load.
